Immigration Court is different than state court in that any attorney who is licensed in any state can appear in Immigration Court. I would recommend a lawyer from visapro.com, or matthewudall.com because they have more of a volume of cases and would likley know some of the specific pitfalls from your particular country of origin.
If for some reason your visa is denied, I would recommend an attorney from Arlington, Virginia where the Immigration Court of Appeals is located for the same reason that they would have more experience with any possible pitfalls of the appeal.
