12 year old child wishes to travel to Candada and return several days later The child is part of an organized tour of summer camp children who will spend less than 5 days in Canada. The children are naturalized U.S. children. Unfortunatly, the naturalization papers were released to the the U.S. Immigration service in support of an application for a U.S. passport. What papers will permit the children to leave and reenter the U.S.? |
