Asking about documents and filling form I 751 I have my name legal in certificat marriage and my green card and my passport.

In the United States make it a habit to use the same name every time. When we went to the immigration appointment they ask my wife what name she wanted on the green card. I had to train her not to use one name this time another name another time.
Always use the same signature. Always. My advice to you is use the one the immigration has on your green card because that one is your ticket for entering the USA and it's time consuming and expensive to deal with immigration.
Using two names will cause you problems with social security, the hospital, doctor's offices, schools, and other places I've forgotten. You have no idea how many paper pushers you're going to have to deal with.

It is safe to have the same name on all documents. You will have unnecessary problems when you are required to submit them (while travel etc)
