Can my husband have me deported? I am a canadian married to an american for ten years. it has been anabusive relationship and he has always threatened if i went to the police he will have me deported. last year i finally called the police but stupidly took him back. i started my paperwork but it is not yet been filed he was just recently arrested again for domestic violence and is threatening me if i dont let him back he will have me deported. The only things left for my paperwork is my medical financial sponser and 700.00$ what can happen to me if he decides to call immigration on me |
