Deported for fasle papers How do we egt records of a person eho says she was volunatarliy deported by the immigration after appering and spending 10 day in jail and was letgo and the judge adiced her that she was voultarily deported and her conviction should not impact her as she was getting married to a us citizen... Asshe had told the officers the truth.. does hse need to ask for a pardon or how does she go about getting a visa now and how does this conviction even though volunatry affect her.. how do i find out where to get the papers as to how she was deported as she was given none.. |

You need to contact the immigration office on your friend's behalf. Get a good immigration lawyer, and make certain that you have records of the trial.
If your friend was deported before she got married, that would be a difficulty, as intention to marry is not the same as been actually married.
