Does anyone know a free or reduced fee immigration attorney in Branson, MO? We live in Branson, MO. My daughter married a young man from England. He is a trained chef and has been promised a job upon receipt of his green card. She works, but it is the off-season and hours are few. Filing fees are $1,500, doctor is $400-500 and attorney is another $2,500. Can anybody offer any other legal options at all? |

One more thing: when a friend of mine brought her UK-born husband home to Calif., and they had trouble with the immigration folks regarding some paperwork, she enlisted the help of our (then) Congressman. Wow, a person from Branson! I am also from Branson, Mo. so I will try to give you some personal references for attorneys in our area.
Try Ferris Law Group, they are located just before you get to Kmart, past the Mediquick...I understand your situation with this being the off season, and I know personally that these attorneys take payments. Their number is..417-334-7278.
If they can't help you, or you can't afford them, here is another option for you to try..
