I do have my 10 years greencardand i do want to sepereat from my husband,can he deport me? I did recive my 10 years green card last month and i do want to sepreat from my husband,can he report me to the immigration and i will be deported? |

I don't know what happened with my previous comment it makes no sense. I do hope that you get deported because if you want to leave your husband just a month after you received your permanent resident status then you really committed fraud and didn't really love him. My dad's wife is leaving my dad too and I hope that my dad understands and calls ICE to investigate.
