Immigration petition advice I am a US citizen and i petitioned my mom and brother who is 10 years old separately per instruction by the USCIS on the form I-130. On the application for my mom, my brother is a dependent of my mom. My mom's petition was approved and is already in the process while my bother's petition is still pending. Will my brother be included in my mom's approval? |
