Immigration Problem (Law) I am a U.S. Citizen. I married a Dominican women in Dominican Republic in 6/2007 2 year ago. She got approved to come to the U.S. in 12/2009. I brought her to the U.S. 1/1/2210. I was very happy & I thought she was happy as well. There was no signs of anything was wrong in the relationship. Almost every 2-3 days my wife would ask me if her green card came in yet. & I would tell her not yet.

Yup, sounds like you were used for a green card. You can contact Department of Homeland Security, Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) through their website and report it: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis
They may not be able to do much if her whereabouts are unknown, but they can put the information in their computer system and if she's encountered by law enforcement, she'll be questioned.

You need to file for divorce asap. If there is more to her than just desparately wanting to live here, then she has all your personal information. She can get credit, and create debt that you may end up liable for; and you two will be tied together on credit reports. You need to take proactive measures.

I am sorry to hear you were so mistreated by this women. She used you from the beginning and you have every right to turn her in. As long as you respected her , loved her and treated her with kindness, love... Everything that a supportive husband is supposed to do then she must be reported. There is no place for her here and follow your heart and one day the love of your life will come to you . You will know this love... For it will be an emotion that will fill your body. Be patient and be peaceful for this women who broke your heart will never be happy!
