Immigration short cuts

Is there currently within the immigration laws,a section that states that any foreign business person can legally gain entry, if they are willing to invest $1,000,000. and create at least 10 new jobs.

Yes this is called employment based immigration. Or immigration through investment. It is currently in the US law for immigration. You are right. All you have to do is invest $1,000,000. and create at least 10 new jobs here in America.

Yes immigration through investment exists. Try checking the uscis.gov site!

The 1 million USD figure is the general number for investment. If the investor chooses to invest in a rural area, which will include some U.S. island territories, the investment drops to $500,000.00 USD. These type of visas are called E-2 (for entry) and E-5 (for permanent residence). These types of visas do not apply to all countries. The visas are termed treaty investor visas because the person must come from a particular country the the U.S. has a favorable relationship with. A investor from Cuba with 1,000,000.00 USD that develops 10 new jobs will not be able to qualify for this type of visa.
