Immigration visa for children that mature pending visa issuance Hi, Our children were with age ranging from 3 years to 11 years old when our Immigration Petition was approved in 1986. When the Immigration Visa was issued 23 years after, our children were already more than 21 years old. Is there any remedy to allow them to join with us (using the original petition)? If we have to petition them again now that we are Immigrants, How long will it take to get the Visa for them? |
