Intreview My sister cam for a visit from Canada. She has Canadian Greencard. She entered on June 16 in San Francisco and received a visa until December 16,2010.

Yes, because it if exceeds the date/time of your stay in the US, they USCIS (immigration) wants you to do an adjustment on your I-94, this is the card where they stamped it when she arrived here, now there is a fee to be paid, i dont know how much though but, you can either mail your request to the INS office, or you can call them ... as a matter of fact you can do that on-line.... www.USCIS.com. All she needs is an extension of her I-94, to prolong her stay for 5 days....hope this answers your question.... Hopefully they will not charge her because it will just be 5 days....
