My Girlfriend left to the States and she is Pregnant! My Girlfriend and I decided to move down to Mexico about 6 months ago, every day she called home she cried and she told me how much she missed them even though her family was somehow dysfunctional with fights every day among all members of the family. About 2 months ago we found out we were to become parents. She asked me if she could go visit some relatives in another state for about 1 week. I said yes sure... One week after, she decided not to come back to me anymore because she was feeling bad, she felt sick, she felt out of place in mexico, her family was asking her to go back home, and many other excuses. She said she loved me but she needed to go back to the states. Unfortunately due to my legal status in the states I can't go back until I get the OK from Immigration Services that's at least 3-5 more years.

Well at this time there is nothing that you can do,the child is not born so she can do what ever she wants to do. When the baby is born you still will not have any legal rights since you never married her,and if your not there when the babies born and put down on the childs birth certificate you again won't have any legal rights. So unless the mother decides to come back and marry you before the baby is born then there is nothing you can do. You will have to wait until you are able to have a parenty test to prove parenty before you can file for any rights.
