My husband has been detained. How can I help this situation? The judgement was taken out in 2005 in Atlanta. We never received any information about this matter. I found out it was because we never changed our address. I have an immigration attorney in NC where he is detained, but other lawyers are telling me to get a lawyer in Atlanta where the judgement was taken out. No one can find the judgement, and meanwhile he is sitting in there while me and my children suffer greatly. I need advice please. I think I need a new attorney. Anything that has been done, I have done it. I can't get him out until the detainor has been lifted. Please help |
