My immigration lawyer is on the run

I have heard there is a warrant out for his arrest. We first hired him 4 years ago, my husbands request was dened because the paperwork was not sent in on time, however we never did see proof. We gave him money for a work visa in September and never did receive that either. I finally took everybodys advice and looked into him I found out he got disbarred and hired another lawyer to sign his paperwork, the list goes on. We has cancelled our phone conference 3 weeks in a row. I called the lawyer that was signing his papers and he told me there is a warrant out for him and he is on the run. What do I do now/ He sent in our I-130 a few weeks ago, but nobody is working for him anymore, because he doesn't pay them, so where do I go from here?
