Russian Bride skips out after getting green card

Short story: I brought my Russian fiancee to America in February of 2009 and married her same month. September 2009 she got her temp. green card and I sent her to Russia for a 5 week family visit. She returned to Atlanta on October 22, 2009 and instead of changing planes to a flight to Montana, she called me from Atlanta and said she needs a week to think and would call me in a week. That was the last time I spoke to her. I filed a report of marriage fraud with two agents from ICE the first of November 2009. I then heard nothing from them until March 2010. On March 2, 2010 I wrote to the secretary of DHS, Janet Napolitano and Senator Max Baccus asking for information. I received answers from both (DHS in 6 weeks and Senator Baccus some time later). Both letters stated that whatever the US government knows about my wife is between my wife and the government. Basically it is none of my business. I know where my wife is because she has posted a profile on Facebook. She describes her relationship status as complicated and her interest as men. I contacted ICE again and was told that there is nothing that I or they can do until her 2 year anniversary comes up for review. Meantime she is tanning herself on the beach in NC and trolling for men. Need a suggestion on how to get ICE to actually enforce the immigration laws and deport my wife back to Russia. Thanks in advance.

I feel for you. Your bride seems to have played you pretty well. Get a divorce and forget about her. It is telling that ICE can do nothing about this obviously fraudulent marriage and behavior. I guess we can't be too surprised since they seem to be able to do nothing about millions of illegal aliens in the country, many of whom are criminals.
