Two deportations

My husband of nine years has been arrested by a fugitive task force. We have a eight year old with severe asthma and also he has raised my eleven year old since he was one.He as a deportation in 94 when he first arrived in the u.s. He never received papers for court. Then he was later deported to mexico in 97 under false name. He then returned again illegally. I have asked immigration lawyers for help all telling me different things. What can I do this leaves me homeless with no income. How can I help get him back.

My husband of five years was deported on two attempts to come here and we have a two year old baby i am the one with severe asthma and i would also like to know how to get him not to be taken away.

Well if you came here to the US illegally, I don't think that there is much you can do, except hope that one day immigration laws will change.

Well since he was here illegally I don't think that you have any chance of getting him back. The law is the law. Maybe you should follow him and then you can all be together.
