You need to find an immigration attorney. He can't have a criminal history. He should not have signed any voluntary deportation papers. However, it sounds as if he either was deported before or he has some sort of criminal history since he is now in prison. Neither of these circumstances would help his case, at all, and his chances of staying in the U.S. would be very, very slim.

Yes he has been deported before and we tried living in argentina but it was sp bad down there and they don't like americans, so I couldn't even speak when I went outside in fear of getting robbed. We were working on getting his paper work through because he shouldn't have been deported the first time. But we both agreed it was just to dangerous to live there so he came back again and we were going to still work on getting his papers and but all this happened first. So his parents are looking for an immigration lawyer right now but having a hard time trying to find someone who is actually going to work and isnt just going to take there money

I am really sorry about your situation. Having been deported earlier is in no way going to help your husband. Even though it costs a lot of money to hire an attorney to represent your case, it is the only hope for you. Go to an attorney who has expertise in these deportation cases.
