What happen when immigration loss your file I file a motion after my cases is denied and with the recept in immigration office but they never send my motion they said i never files motion what can i do |

If, in fact, one has filed a motion in any court or agency, and does not have any proof of such as filing, which is easy enough to obtain at the time of filing, then it is as if one has never made the filing.
Now, if you have such proof, then the proper course of action is to submit that prrof in an appropriate manner. Consult with a competent immigration attorney if there are any questions as to this procedure.
