What is a joint motion to terminate removal Please explain a meaning of a joing motion to terminate removal. Give me an example how to write this motion. I am granted I-130, but I am in a removal proceedings what should I do? I am an Australian citizen who married an American citizen when my visa H1B expired. I was in a de facto relationship with an American citizen for seven years and I married him in 2007. My visa H1B expired in 2005. The immigration put me to removal after my marriage. How could I terminate this process? |
