There is no such thing as "pardon forms" when it comes to immigration. There are, however, certain situations where a temporary residency can be granted for people who have entered the U.S. without going through the proper channels.

These situations are few, however. Things like being a victim of crime, people seeking asylum, victims of sex trafficking, etc.

If you don't fall into an extreme case like the above, you either need to visit an immigration attorney (before you are deported, which prevents you from receiving any sort of papers for residency), or go back to your country of origin and apply. Those are your only two choices.
