Almost all Senator's offices (And pretty much all Representatives, too) have people on staff to assist people with immigration issues.
You would want to contact the local office of one of the Senators from your state, or your local representative if you need help with a pending case. You can look up your representative here: http://whoismyrepresentative.com/ by entering your zip code, and get names and contact information.
